Italy in support of universal health coverage in the West Bank and the Gaza Strip. The Consul General and the Country Director of the Office of the WHO in Ramallah Mr. Gerald Rockenschaub, in the presence of the Representative of the Italian Cooperation in Jerusalem, launch a two-year project to improve health systems towards universal health coverage in the West bank and the Gaza Strip. The funding from the Italian cooperation will help to implement a number of interventions to support the improvement and sustainability of the Palestinian health system.
