Remodelling of Consular Services upon appointment – Update

In compliance with the anti-COVID legislation that allows the reopening of activities and services in the “one-to-one” format, the consular services will for now be insured exclusively upon appointment, allowing the presence of only one user at a time. Accompanying persons will be allowed to enter only if their presence is essential for the provision of the requested consular service.

To access the premises of the Consulate it is necessary to wear a mask and disposable protective gloves and fill the form aivalable here

It is possible to book an appointment sending and e-mail to consolare.gerusalemme@esteri.it  or, for entry visas, to visti.gerusalemme@esteri.it.

Please note that the provision of consular services is guaranteed, where possible, through electronic systems. Users can preferably use e-mail for communications, postal services for the transmission of documents, the Fast.it portal for registering with AIRE.

With regard to entry visas, in consideration of the measures currently in force, it is advisable to contact the Visa Office (visti.gerusalemme@esteri.it) for information and clarifications.

ATTENTION: there are still significant restrictions to travel to Italy, both for non-resident Italian citizens and for foreign citizens. Therefore, before planning a trip to and from Italy, it is always advisable to consult the questionnaire to travel to Italy.
