Customers may use e-mail for communications, mail to send documents, Fast.it website to enroll with AIRE;<br \/>2. if the above is not possible, access to the Consulate will only be granted by appointment, to be made at <a href=\"mailto:consolare.gerusalemme@esteri.it\">consolare.gerusalemme@esteri.it<\/a>\u00a0 or for visa matters at <a href=\"mailto:visti.gerusalemme@esteri.it\">visti.gerusalemme@esteri.it<\/a> ;<br \/>3.<strong>only requests motivated by proven and real need or emergency will be taken into consideration<\/strong>; <br \/>4. for visas, due to the measures currently in place, customers may contact the Visa Office (visti.gerusalemme@esteri.it) for advice.<br \/>To be admitted at the Consuate it is compulsory to wear protecting mask and disposable gloves and fill up the <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/consgerusalemme.esteri.it\/consolato_gerusalemme\/resource\/doc\/2020\/07\/modulo_eng.doc\">form you can download here.<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>PLESASE NOTE: there are still any restrictions to travel to Italy, both for non-resident Italian citizens and for foreign citizens.
