In light of the measures connected to the Covid-19 emergency, consular services will be remodeled as follows:
1. consular services will be preferably provided online or by phone, so as to limit people’s access to the Consulate. Customers may use e-mail for communications, mail to send documents, Fast.it website to enroll with AIRE
2. if the above is not possible, access to the Consulate will only be granted by appointment, to be made at consolare.gerusalemme@esteri.it;
3. emergency situations will prioritized under any circumstances;
4. for visas, due to the measures currently in place, customers may contact the Visa Office (visti.gerusalemme@esteri.it) for advice.
