Meeting the Italian National Guarantor of the people deprived of liberty, Mr Mauro Palma, in the framework of the program for the training of PA personnel in monitoring Palestinian prisons. The programme is supported by the Italian cooperation in coordination with the Palestinian Ministry of Justice.
